367(JUD) am "An Act relating to limitations on outdoor advertising             
signs, displays, and devices and penalties for violations related to           
outdoor advertising."  Signing do pass: Senator Taylor, Chair,                 
Senators Jacko, Halford.  Signing do not pass - billboard signs will
